We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a large and inviting pool that was perfect for a refreshing swim. We also appreciated the spacious and relaxing balcony in our room, which provided a great place to unwind in the evenings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location down the main road, a short distance from Yayla market and near beautiful beaches as advertised, made it convenient for both shopping and enjoying the nearby sandy shores.
Nothing to fault.

Very good price
The staff wanted from me to test each device and check each inventory after check-in for defects. Then I had to sign that there are no defects in the room. Of course it's not possible to check everything for 5 min after one day trip to there. There were strange smell in the room.

We loved everything about it, all food and people. It took 15 minutes to reach Yesilkent Beach on foot.

The hotel is conveniently located near beautiful beaches as advertised. It is just down the main road a couple of hundred yards to Yayla market, where you can find local products and immerse yourself in Turkish culture. You can easily spend your days soaking up the sun on the nearby sandy beaches and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea.
The lack of cleanliness in the swimming pools is disappointing, with bugs and leaves floating around.

The overall hotel layout was nice - and the pool area was attractive and nicely laid out.
A lot. The hotel is set up for owners of condos/timeshares. There were cooking facilities - but nothing - not even a drinking glass, and no hangers in the closet. This is not as close to the beach as is appears. The staff was very unfriendly and unaccommodating - and the feeling you got was that the hotel was looking for ways to force you to spend more money, not to make your stay nice. The breakfast was inadequate - E.G., the coffee was instant coffee. The pool was dirty, and although the place is pretty new, things are not well maintained and are falling apart. This is not really a hotel - it's an owner- oriented condo/timeshare, and they are not set up to make a nice experience for hot

very attentive staff: new facility, nice design: comfortable beds, pillows, duvet. Very close to the beach. Nice pool. There is a market in the hotel.
Transportation from the bus station is only by cab (20 TL). Public transportation is scarce when we went (apr 30th) This may correct itself in the summer.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time. the location was perfect - just a short walk away from beautiful beaches. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail in their design. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
All in all, everything was great during my stay.

We were given the larger Presidential Suite for the same price as the the regular suite. Quick access to the Atinkum, Didim and routes to Efes and Priene.
Even though the hotel is relatively new the bluidings and facilities are showing signs of wear. All the bathrooms had loose fixtures, the pool area was untidy and had plant matter in the water. We lost power to our room twice because they were working on the room next to ours and at checkout they charged an additional 25 TL as a maintenance fee. Many of the staff are young and make no effort to help guests and they do not speak english.

Great looking hotel, very clean, excelent for 1-2 nights stay.
The location is 12km far from the city center, in the middle of nowhere, on a street that doesn't exist on any gps software and there is no sign to guide you to the hotel. They almost ask you to pay for the air you breathe - you have to pay extra for the air conditioner remote, for the tv, for using the pool, for sunbeds, for sunbed towels, for cleaning the room.

The staff are fantastic and we even had a welcoming committee when we arrived at 1am. The room was gorgeous (we had a deluxe room - highly advisable to book this type of room). The pool was lovely and ideal for children and adults alike. The staff were fantastic with the younger kids. They also made a birthday cake for my friend's son! The food was lovely on most occasions, and the pot kebab was incredible - how they prepared it was unlike anything ever seen. The full English breakfast was lovely and the pizzas were pretty yummy too. The underwater viewing bar was good. The complex was about 10 mins away from Altinkum which isn't a bad thing at all, lovely and quiet. There's also a couple of shops just around the corner from the complex which sell the most amazing bread and melons!
Ok, negative stuff.....make sure you take an inventory of the 'mini bar' (drinks in the fridge). My friend and I are sure they overcharged both of us, even though we were keeping track. If you do drink anything, pop into Altinkum to replenish...1.5 Lira for a can of coke as opposed to the 5l at the hotel. Drinks and food are on the pricey side, and watch out for the bbq night...the food was lovely, but 30l - we didn't have the staff dance, quiz and the live singers were pretty shocking. Be careful of the towels....I Put a towel on the floor to stop the little ones from slipping and got a 30l charge for new towels as they couldn't clean it. Watch out with the wrist band and keep an eye on charges. Don't let them run up a bill for you, make sure you pay for everything as you go. Don't expect anything in a hurry, and don't expect to have electricity 24/7 - we lost electricity several times, so much so, we got used to it!

We were greeted upon arrival even though it was fairly late and shown to our poolside room. The room was fantastic, clean, spacious and accommodating. The next day was luxurious. The patio area included our own table and chairs and loungers were readily available. The pool is clear, clean and enticing. Service was fantastic and really recommend the pizza for lunch by the pool. The staff are amazing and I cannot say anything negative about them at all. They were fantastic with my son and had all the time in the world for him, they absolutely made the holiday, I can't thank them enough. The evening restaurant by the pool is lovely. The food is good and I recommend the mix grill, the pot kebab and steak with pepper sauce. Had a fantastic family holiday and I loved the fact that it was out of the way of the main town. The price we got through this site was cheap for all the luxury we received!
Just a few comments on the down side. The money is awkward if you are on a budget. You are asked to pay money onto a bar coded wrist band and you are charged for each item you purchase by a scanner. It does not always work and you need to take pen and paper to keep track of what you buy, especially when drinking. Saying that I insisted on a bill at the bar and paid with Lira. The mini bar is expensive, I am absolutely convinced that I was charged for items I did not have! My friend had a room next door and her bar was not complete and she was also charged for items she did not have. Take a photo before you sign for the contents of the room. Oh yes, they ask you to sign that all is right with the room. You are so tired you just sign. One last thing, keep your towels spotless, they are changed every three days. My friend used one to mop up pool water and was charged 30 tl, more than £10, a bit much we think! This was the only down side to our stay and it is a pity that we were charged for all this as we were checking out! But now you know! Again a brilliant holiday there all in all!
